Document maintenance "messenger" Convention (Ⅰ)

In order to better provide authoritative, authentic and autonomous news for the community, so that more people can understand the DSME ecology, we will release the first version of the emissary Convention and establish the first batch of documents to maintain the "emissary".

Solemn prompt: All "messengers" will be implemented in accordance with the following conventions to ensure community autonomy.

1. Envoys will be selected in the community. When the post is vacant, they can enter the post only after they meet the "envoys Convention" through self recommendation or recommendation and are confirmed by the existing envoys.

2. Envoys need to have good copy editing and picture making skills.

3. Messengers need to have a comprehensive understanding of the ecology and conform to the community public's cognition.

4. The emissary editor's copy should be explained in an objective form, and there should be no one-sided or exaggerated personal feelings.

5. Emissary editors should be lively, easy to understand and civilized in language.

6. Envoys should keep in mind their mission, respect autonomy, respect communities and respect consensus.

7. Emissaries shall not use their authority to attack any form of community consensus.

8. If the emissary violates the Convention, he will immediately cancel his duties, run again, and be cast aside by the community.

9. The community has the rights and interests of a supervisory messenger to safeguard the community's autonomy and stability.

10. The first batch of messengers will be established by early contributors of the community. In order to ensure the independence and autonomy of the documents, community members are invited to supervise.
