Extend the thaw cycle of tokens

Content:

At present, the thawing cycle of early members is 1 / 2 of the market average, which has advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: get tokens faster. Disadvantages: it reduces the advantages of early members and limits private placement in the later stage.

Scheme:

One third of the tokens have been distributed, and the remaining two thirds will be distributed in 18 months. After calculation, 37.04% of the actual tokens were delayed for 10 months.

Voting rules:

1 DSME = 1 ticket 1 DSPOOL_ DSME = 1 ticket

Voting address of affirmative vote: 0x851b2dc48852122ff75b4001c99dd2b7809b951e

Voting address for negative votes: 0x3b123e83edb05364bbe7b7b571f66615eb66b9764

Set DSME or DSPOOL_ DSME transfers to the corresponding address, which is deemed as voting. If the address of affirmative vote is greater than that of negative vote, the proposal will be passed, and vice versa.

Voting reward:

Participating in the voting will receive 0.1% of the votes as DSME reward, which will be returned to the voting address with the votes after the voting.

Voting time:

From 9:00 on September 4, 2022 to 9:00 on September 7, 2022, awards and votes will be returned to the voting account within 24 hours after voting.
